What materials do you use for patios, pergolas, and outdoor structures?
We use only high-quality, weather-resistant materials tailored to Texas climates. Our patios are built with concrete, pavers, or natural stone; pergolas and patio covers are constructed using durable cedar, pressure-treated wood, or aluminum; and all outdoor structures are designed for both longevity and aesthetics.
When is the best time of year to start an outdoor living project in Texas?
Fall and spring are ideal times to begin outdoor construction in North Texas due to milder weather, but FlagScaping builds year-round. We work with you to schedule around weather conditions and permit timelines, ensuring your project moves forward efficiently.
Do you handle permits and city approvals for outdoor construction?
Yes, we manage the entire permitting process for you. Whether for a pergola, patio cover, or retaining wall, we ensure all outdoor construction projects comply with local DFW regulations and HOA guidelines, saving you time and stress.
Do you offer landscaping or artificial turf as part of your outdoor designs?
Absolutely. In addition to hardscaping and structural work, we offer artificial turf installation and light landscaping services. This allows us to create a cohesive, low-maintenance outdoor space that’s both beautiful and functional.
Can I see 3D renderings or design mockups before we build?
Yes! For many projects, we offer design previews and 3D renderings so you can visualize your new outdoor space before construction begins. It’s a great way to explore layout options, materials, and features with confidence.
